I am not a medical doctor and I don't know whether your specific injury is or is not caused by a specific posture. So, I cannot recommend the right way to use these products.
I have reviewed the products and some I have found works great. But the way to do it is very, very subjective. For example, if you have a high knee and the product works on the high knee, then it may be a bad idea for you to use it on the low knee.
I have reviewed several products and some work really great and some are very, very, very good. Some I have bought and I do use it regularly but I can not say it has made a difference in my life.
There are many other people who also buy the same products and I do recommend them all, but I personally do not find one product to be the best one for me.
So, I can recommend the products, but for me, there is only one product which has worked for me for quite a long time.
