What does "Sperm Concentration Test" even mean? This test is designed to measure the concentration of sperm in the ejaculate of a man. This information can help men make better decisions about how much sperm they need to have a healthy pregnancy. It is an accurate way to gauge a man's ability to have a pregnancy. The first question a man is asked is "What is my ejaculate?" This is a question that will only help determine how good of a sperm bank a man has. The second question is "What does my ejaculate look like?" This will help determine the consistency and type of sperm that can be found in the ejaculate. A man is given three choices in response to this question: Very Low, Medium and High. The first choice is very low sperm. Most men will need to use 1 to 2 teaspoons of ejaculate on each ejaculation. This will provide only about 1% of the semen. The medium or high sperm level is about 6% of the total semen. The most common sperm is found in the prostate gland, which is about 1/4 to 1/3 of the total body of the prostate.
